We're in search of a customer-focused professional to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager. In this role, you'll provide support to our guests at Highlands Lodge, Highlands Westview, and Highlands Townhomes in Beaver Creek. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong organizational skills, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred. If you're a diligent self-starter who thrives in a versatile role, we'd be thrilled to meet you!

Responsibilities include:

  • Prepare, follow up, and record work orders, along with managing vendor invoicing for review by the Property Manager.
  • Conduct follow-up inspections for arrivals and departures of units, as well as periodic inspections and inventory checks.
  • Identify general home maintenance and repair needs, ensuring timely completion of repairs.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and maintain organization amidst varied responsibilities.

Location: Highlands - Beaver Creek (Highlands Lodge, Highlands Westview, and Highlands Townhomes)

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round 

Pay Rate: $24-$25 + $2,000 signing bonus (paid after 6 months)

Schedule: Flexible

  • Two years of college or trade school or suitable industry experience. 
  • Ideal candidate must be able to complete physical requirements of the job which include moving 25 lbs., shoveling snow, and regularly traversing the area
